Introduction
Welcome to GTC Matrimony. These successor Terms apply to new registrations that expressly accept them from the approved effective date. Existing members retain their previously accepted contracts, membership entitlements and historical payment and refund rights. Publishing these Terms or continued use alone does not establish acceptance by existing members. Material contractual changes for existing members require a separately approved notice and explicit consent or reacceptance process where legally required. Applicable statutory rights are preserved.
Our platform is designed as a secure, dignified space for Christian families seeking meaningful matrimonial alliances. These terms govern our stewardship of this community and your participation within it.
Eligibility
To register and use GTC Matrimony, you must meet the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: You must be legally eligible to marry under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
- Marital Status: You must be legally eligible to marry. If divorced, a valid legal decree of divorce must be available upon request.
- Intent: You must be registering for the purpose of finding a life partner or seeking an alliance on behalf of a family member.
Account Responsibility
When you create an account, either for yourself or on behalf of a family member, you agree to:
Registration has eight stages. Email verification occurs at Stage 7; this does not promise initial mobile and email OTP verification.
- Provide true, accurate, and current information.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Promptly update your profile to reflect material changes in your circumstances.
Prohibited Behavior
To maintain the dignity of our community, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Misrepresentation: Providing false information regarding age, marital status, education, profession, or faith background.
- Harassment: Making abusive, threatening, or disrespectful contact attempts toward other members.
- Commercial Solicitation: Using the platform to promote businesses, charities, or commercial services.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one active profile for a single individual.
- Data Scraping: Using automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract member data, contact information, or photographs.
Verification Policies
- Profiles and submitted photographs are reviewed before publication under the applicable approval rules. The team may request supporting information or identity documents where appropriate; this does not promise mandatory government-ID checks for every member or a public Verified badge.
- Verification checks do not constitute a comprehensive background investigation or guarantee of character. Members are expected to conduct their own due diligence before entering into matrimonial commitments.
Membership & Payment Terms
Basic registration is payment-free at the current ₹0 INR catalog price. Personal Assistance remains listed at ₹3,000 INR. Razorpay checkout is currently disabled. Where published manual UPI or Bank Transfer instructions are available, payment references and screenshots may be submitted for administrator verification. Submission does not itself confirm payment or grant contact access.
- Basic: Eligible approved Basic members receive the limited features available under the platform rules, with protected contact details. Basic registration requires no payment.
- Personal Assistance: Personal Assistance access depends on a valid membership, profile approval and eligibility. Existing legitimate memberships and historical payment/recovery records remain governed by applicable rules. Contact access requires individual request approval. Activated PA membership has no ordinary expiry or renewal/repurchase path; listing the plan does not grant access.
- Non-Transferable: Memberships are tied to the specific profile for which they were purchased and cannot be transferred to another individual.
Cancellation, Historical Payments and Applicable Rights
- Payment Questions: Basic ₹0 registration has no membership payment to refund. For a historical PA payment, cancellation or refund concern, contact gtcmatrimony@gmail.com with your transaction reference.
- Applicable law and provider processes: This policy does not limit any non-waivable right that applies under law or a payment provider's required dispute process. Questions about a charge can be sent to support with the transaction reference.
- Applicable contract terms and non-waivable rights govern refund claims. Existing historical acceptance records and non-waivable rights are preserved. Account closure does not itself determine any refund entitlement or transfer the membership.
Moderation Rights and Account Suspension
To protect our members, GTC Matrimony retains the right to:
- Manually review profile content, including text and photographs, prior to publication.
- Edit, reject, or remove content that violates our community standards or formatting guidelines.
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misrepresent information, or receive severe or repeated complaints.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Dispute Handling
- No Guarantees: GTC Matrimony provides a platform to facilitate connections but cannot guarantee that a successful matrimonial alliance will be found.
- Member Disputes: GTC Matrimony acts solely as a facilitator. We are not responsible for disputes, disagreements, or damages arising from interactions between members, online or offline.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTC Matrimony shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.
Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts under applicable law. This clause does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or statutory remedies.

GTC Matrimony is operated personally by Dr. Solomon R Basimalla. He is the individual contracting party for member agreements and determines how member personal data is processed. He is responsible for website content, policies, rules, administration and grievances, and is the Website Responsible Person, Content & Policy Owner and Designated Grievance Officer. GTC Matrimony is not operated through a separately registered company or organization. No registered sole-proprietorship status is represented. Public Preview Permission for New Registrations
New self-registration requires active acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy, including the display of the approved limited public profile preview. Existing members are not automatically enrolled. Public previews require recorded candidate permission, current administrator approval and eligibility. A member may give or withdraw that permission without purchasing a plan. Public-preview permission does not grant full member access, clear photographs, membership benefits or contact unlocks. Existing member-access, moderation, payment and contact-access rules remain authoritative. No number or quality of matches or introductions is guaranteed by enabling a preview.
Public disclosure of height and the profile creator category (Self or Family when known) requires updated explicit permission and fresh Admin review. Earlier permission does not authorize these additional fields. Caste, income and religion are not included in anonymous public previews. Public-preview permission can be withdrawn in Settings after registration. Withdrawal prevents future public access without recalling copies already viewed or downloaded.
